Land Clearing & Site Prep
Getting a lot ready for a house, a shop, a driveway or a road? We clear and mulch the footprint without the burn piles and the haul-off trucks.
Typical price: $800–$1,200 per acre, depending on vegetation density and grade. Free site visit, firm quote.
Clearing without the mess
Mulching clears a homesite, building pad, driveway corridor or right-of-way in one pass. The brush and small trees become mulch on the spot instead of a pile you have to burn, haul or wait on.
Fewer steps means fewer delays. You get the ground opened up so the next crew can see what they're working with.
Good to know
Mulching takes stumps down to about ground level. If your builder needs stumps and roots gone below grade for a foundation or slab, that's a separate step, so mention it on the site walk and Jason will tell you straight what his machine does and doesn't do.
Bigger timber over about 8 inches in diameter may need a different approach. Jason will point that out up front.
What it costs
Most jobs run about $800–$1,200 per acre, depending on how thick the vegetation is and the grade (slope) of the property. A free site visit gets you a firm quote. See the pricing FAQ for what moves the number.
Quick Answers
Can you clear just the building footprint?
Yes. Mark what you want cleared (or walk it with Jason) and the rest of the trees stay.
Do you haul anything off?
No. Everything is mulched in place, so there's nothing to haul.
